FAQs
Do you store any client data?
No. Imagis provides data management and cybersecurity administration around client’s infrastructure but does not host any client data on internal systems.
What is your uptime guarantee?
While Imagis is a service provider, we do not provide hosting services directly of any application or workload. All systems are hosted in client’ owned tenants within Microsoft. Since Imagis is compliant with numerous security frameworks, does that mean your clients are as well?
While Imagis’ compliance covers internal security controls many of which are duplicated or extended to our client environments in how we implement and manage systems, our clients are responsible for maintaining their own compliance status.
Does Imagis comply with ISO 9001?
Imagis is a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and as a service provider is not a manufacturing or a lean, quality driven organization as defined by the development of an ISO9001 Quality Management System (QMS). Imagis aligns to ISO27001 and SOC2 frameworks for managing how our services are delivered to clients
What are your controls around SDLC and application development?
Imagis does not develop own software code. Imagis may provide low-code development services and DevSecOps team augmentation on a case-by-case basis during which Imagis will comply with the clients standards and requirements around Software Development Lifecycle.
Do you conduct penetration test on your own environment?
Due to the architecture of Imagis’ zero-footprint IT infrastructure, all systems are web-based and provided by third-party SaaS providers (i.e. Microsoft 365). As such, penetration testing is a non-applicable control for our internal environment.
Is Imagis, LLC privately or publicly held?
Imagis, LLC is privately owned.
Does Imagis have multiple sites or locations for operations?
Imagis operates 100% virtually with a geo-distributed team.
Does Imagis employ contractors or subcontractors?
Yes Imagis employs contractors and subcontractors subject to our third party risk management program.
